The volume isn’t working on my Apple TV

why is the volume on my Apple TV not working and I’ve tried everything I can think of to get the volume to work

I am assuming you re using the Siri Remote, if so please use Apple TV remote isn’t working. If you are using another remote please let us know.

You are not very forthcoming with information so I'm guessing. Tell me how can you control the volume with the remote but it will not increase the volume for your Apple TV? That make zero sense????????
