Why is there no sound on the Apple TV ?

Likely due to either a poor network connection or a HDMI cable issue. Please first ensure the HDMI is secure on the Apple TV and also your TV. If that does not resolve the problem please use the following:
- Unplug your modem from its power source and Restart Modem.
- Unplug your router from its power source and Restart router.
- Unplug Apple TV from Power for 2-3 minutes – re-plug in and retest.
