When I open notes and create a new note, there is no camera icon to scan a document as I had on my iPhone 7s. Was that feature taken away? Is there another way to scan a document using iPhone 11?

We understand you're not seeing the camera icon in the Notes app. After creating a new note, the camera icon should be at the bottom. For more information, click here: How to scan documents on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using the Notes app
If you do not see the camera icon, force quit the Notes app and then restart the iPhone. Next, if issue persists, remove and reinstall the Notes app by following the steps here: Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12, iOS 13, or iPadOS device or Apple Watch

Thank you! I did end up having to delete the Notes app and then download it again, but it worked.
