I bought my ip 11 pro last february but I didn't manage to set up my free tv+ due to my work. And when I tried to set up today, it says I'm not eligible anymore. I wanna use it now. Hope you can help me with this matter. Thank you!

You have to activate Apple TV+ within three months of purchasing the device. Unfortunately, you can no longer set it up.
You might want to contact Apple Support and see if they can give you it.
