New iPhone 11 will not allow me to skip steps for set up.

Now it is frozen on a screen for iTunes, to sign in on an account I do not have and I cant cancel.

Follow the Apple article to resolve the issue --> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen ...
