iTunes Store payment issue on Rise of Kingdoms game

Hello, I’m having an issue making payments on a game called Rise of kingdoms on the App Store. Earlier I had no issues but today I keep getting the same message “cannot connect to the iTunes Store”. I have reset my phone multiple times and made sure my iOS software is up to date. Regarding funds I have $500 in itune cards which I have redeemed. Please let me know what the issue is and I’ll try fixing it from my end. Thank you

Make sure you are connected to either Wifi or Cellular.


If you are on cellular, make sure Rise of Kingdoms and the App Store are both enabled apps. You can check this by going to Settings > Cellular, and finding both apps in the list, and making sure that the switch is green, indicating this app can use cellular data.
