Mail Rule Will Not Work No Matter What I Try- any help??

So I'm trying to setup a rule in the Mail app to take any email I receive that has information about a package I ordered and put it in a folder that is easy to access. For whatever reason, my rule just doesn't do what I program it to even though I know I have a ton of emails that fit the criteria. Nothing seems to happen. Attached is my rule. Any help or pointers?
