I purchased a Macbook Pro with the free AirPod promotion, but It appears I was charged for the AirPods + tax, as it shows up on my bank statement.
What is the quickest way to get a refund for the AirPods? I've tried responding to the original e-mail containing my receipt (which specifies "Free" AirPods), but I haven't received a reply. Is there an e-mail or a mailing address available to send this matter to?
No, there is no email; however, I would try first to call the online Apple store:

Have you been charged for the Macbook yet?
There has been other reports on this community of people being sent the AirPods first, then being sent the MacBook and the MacBook will be cheaper as they take the price of the AirPods of the MacBook price.
You haven't said it you have got the MacBook yet.

Thanks for your help! I went back to my receipt and now see the price adjustment made to the MacBook. I placed the order online, I picked up the MacBook soon after, so I was charged for it first. The AirPods charge showed up 2 days later (I received them by mail).
Thanks for the reply, as it turns out, there was a price adjustment made on the Macbook Pro (charged less than it said on my receipt), james.dicks alerted me of this on prior posts. Everything checks out.

My daughter has just had a similar thing occur. Ordered MacBook Air with free AirPods. They arrived by post but laptop will not arrive for two weeks. Charged for AirPods and payment cleared account. Laptop charge pending so yet to see if the invoice price is reduced when they dispatch it and complete payment process. Based on the above I would expect that to reduce by the value of the AirPod invoice. Thanks
