Canceled AirPods order

I canceled my order for AirPods after 5 min i placed order. It didn't shipped< however i got billed already for them, do i get refund or not? Asking because i didn't get any confirmation letter on my email about refund the only thing i saw is " You canceled your order yada yada you won't be billed", but i already got billed. :-)

On the Apple Support website, you should be able to find contact details.

I would personally recommend calling Apple Support, but I don’t know which country you’re in so I can’t directly give you the phone number. Contact details are available here: Contact - How to Contact Us - Apple. But make sure to select your country when prompted, to receive the correct information.
