I think I need the firmware update for my AirPods, which keeps disconnecting all the time within the first few minutes. Tried both On iOS and android issue not resolved. Done all basic troubleshooting issue not fixed.

The latest firmware for Airpods 1st generation is 6.8.8 released December 2019.
You are running the latest firmware.
But why My airpods keep disconnecting within the first few minutes or less than 60 secs. Kindly help me resolve the issue.
