Noise in iphone, when Speaking through Phone ear piece

Hi, I got my Battery replaced from Authorised service center and post that event, I and the other person to whom I am calling, hears the Cracking Loud noise/ Cracking noise in the call. Sometime this noise is less in amplitude and we can still converse. But most of the time is loud enough for me to Switch on my bluetooth ear piece.

I had my battery replaced on 6th June and still the problem is there

I had replaced my SIM, by new SIM in the phone, Reset the phone setting already. But still the problem is there.
