Failure of the iMac27 inch

Hey,

I have the following problem.

I have an iMac27 inch from the end of 2012. Last year, the iMac suddenly failed and started up only after you had removed the mains voltage. This problem occurred faster and faster and the period that you could not start was also getting longer. He went to the repairer. He couldn't find anything about it and after 3 weeks of trial run I got it back.

Now a year later this problem occurs again. In the meantime he has already dropped out 5 times.

Anyone have any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?

iMac 27″, macOS 10.12

This is my first Mac so I'm not an expert on it. Can Drive DX be purchased and is it an easy to use program?

I am currently running a self-test of DriveDX. Can you use that report to see what a potential problem is or do you need another?

Could this be the reason that the Mac suddenly just shuts down and cannot be restarted unless you disconnect the mains voltage for a while?
