powerbeats pro microphone issues
For whatever reason everyone I talk to with them complains that my sound muffled and unclear. My friend said it sounded like “i was talking from another room with the door closed”. Help, please!

If resetting is unsuccessful, update the firmware on your Powerbeats Pro following the instructions here:
Update the firmware of your Beats product
