I have been trying to report mistaken purchases.... already purchased the game in the past. Mistakenly, it was purchased 2x again this morning. The only way to report is with the order number. I cannot locate the order numbers... I only know it was a bowling game and we have now purchased this game 3x. We want refunded for both the mistaken purchases that were made this morning on 8.12.2020.

I did apply for a refund. I had to call. The link to doing so online was broken, so I was hoping to get help from a community instead. I was finally able to connect via chat to request the refund.
So the issue is resolved?
