Apple Watch does'nt synch files with Iphone

I recorded a message on the dictafoon and i cannot transfer it to my mobile or Macbook what can i do?

Transfer Voice Memo from Apple Watch to iPhone I have some Voice Memos recordings that I would like to transfer from my watch to my phone, but my iCloud is full, so it does not automatically sync with my phone. Is there another way to send a voice memo to my iPhone from my Apple Watch?

If your talking about the voice memos on your watch it should automatically appear on the voice memos app on your iPhone. Then you can transfer from there.
