Microsoft Teams crashes on Iphone August 2020

Microsoft Teams opens... then immediately closes itself on Iphone... It wont stay open.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted my phone 5+ times. I am able to download, log in and then it crashes each time. I am not the only person with this problem as I have 5 co-workers experiencing the same problem. We dont need a code or anything like that. We dont use authenticator anymore.... We are able to login... the iOS App crashes...

So I can Log into Teams... then I go Airplane Mode.... as soon as I come out.... Teams will close within 5 secs. I can logout, thats fine..... But again, as soon I exit airplane mode, the app closes within 5 secs.

The strange thing is... my apple watch gets the notifications, but the phone app crashes. Apple Watch Series 3. This may be an Apple Problem
