Ive tried log out / log in to icloud - no improvement
reset all setting - no improvement
deleted tons of my photos and videos - no improvement
deleted apps - no improvement
back up using my pc - no improvement
I cant use my phone it keeps crashing and what else can I do to make it work?

Hi! I deleted all contents and reset all setting on my phone and it worked! I have my photos back up anyway on icloud. I also deleted some apps .
i called apple support and nothing work so I figured to reset and just delete all
contents of my phone.
it worked but you just have to log in all your accounts again so make sure you write down your passwords 😊

Go to general then scroll up you will see RESET then choose ERASE ALL CONTENTS and SETTINGS
