"Recently Deleted" Notes folder missing in my iPhone 11Pro iOS 13.6

Hi, I have my yahoo notes synced in my iphone.

I deleted a note by mistake and couldn't find the "Recently Deleted" folder to recover my note.

If there is no Recently Deleted folder, this means the note is gone. This could mean you have deleted a note within the note (for example you highlighted the text and clicked backspace). There is no way of recovering notes if this happened.

Hi Thanks but I didn't delete the note within the note!

I swiped left on the note and selected delete thinking I have copied out the content.

Refer below picture... this is how I deleted. So I expected that note to go to "Recently Deleted" notes folder.
