Hi safwan211,

Have you tried clearing your Safari website data to see if that helps free up some storage? Here's a resource on how to do that: Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Specifically the section labeled "Delete history, cache, and cookies," is what you're going to want to follow.

We hope this helps.

Take care.

Rid of this through a Non-Mobile Device:

Perform the following two steps:

I. On Mobile Devices: Associate this device with iCloud, by enabling Safari (the second-item- down) in iCloud settings.

Next...

II. On Non-Mobile Devices: Enable Safari on your iCloud settings in System Preferences on a non-mobile device associated to the same Apple ID. Then, clear all the history on your non-mobile device.

As a Result: The 4GB taken up by Documents & Data should be no longer appear there, due to the delete of both devices being synchronized with the same Apple ID.
