why is it that every time I go on a website on my iPhone after a few minutes the page goes blank and goes back to my wallpaper/app homepage?

Facebook scrolling in iPad My iPad Pro suddenly started to scroll uncontrollably in Facebook.com tonight. When I load FB in Safari it looks OK until I touch the screen and then it starts to scroll. Zooming in object on some app like in chrome home page my iPhone 14 pro max is having a zooming glitch, not camera but zooming object while browsing in some websites eg Chrome home page. Or photos in an email. It is shaking as it’s increasing, not smooth. Is anyone experiencing this? How can I resolve this glitch as I thought this would be corrected with recent updates but no. It’s so frustrating after buying an expensive like this

wallpaper keeps disappearing on iphone This last week my wallpaper keeps disappearing on iPhone 14 Pro, requiring me to restart it. Is there a fix for that?
