The computer is managed by an external administrator. Therefore, you are not permitted to install OS software or updates. This would not be your own computer but one you use for school or business. Only the administrator from whom you got the computer can update/upgrade system software.
In that case click "Restore Defaults".
Any chance you have set up a managed account on the computer or are using restrictions? The model you have has the T2 security chip. Could be that it's only Apple sending the message. However, if you updated without a problem, then I wouldn't worry about it.
but I am the administrator & I purchased this brand new directly from Apple
Should I be worried? Recently just let me install the update. (it's installed now)
No other users & accounts on the computer.

You're seeing the message because you are running the beta of Big Sur.
I’m not using any beta unfortunately. 😔
