Restart procedure doesn't affect data on your iPhone/iPad.

Perhaps you performed a "restore". But I don't understand what wrong "content" you downloaded.

If you restored data from a wrong backup, the correct backup should already exists, shouldn't it?

So you can re-restore data from the correct backup.

If you mean something different, please better specify your needs

And, most of all, is your question related to your iPhone or to your iPad?

You can only download apps from the AppStore.

Let me try to better understand, if I can.

Did you perform a "Restart" (turned your iPhone off then back on) or a "Restore to factory settings" (erased all your device's content)?

Please describe what you were doing before downloading apps from AppStore.

And, what problem are you suffering now? Please explain.
