Trying to log into my iTunes with my apple id.

It will accept my password but won’t send a verification code to my iPhone so I can continue. I have in the past but for some reason it won’t let me continue without this code....how can I fix this

Also I can’t add any new devices to my iCloud account which maybe where the problem is as I am trying to do this on my mini mac which is not listed on my devices
