how to restore Creation date of photos while being on icloud?

restoring my Photoos to a PC is giving me nothing but trouble, FKD up creation dates and Photos older than 2 two years do not want to synchronise!

next to that Please give an answer to the problem!!!!

i've never seen such a lousy support, and that is towards software icloud support !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However, when I tested the download (using "retain original format"), the photos details (date taken, etc) was changed to show the date of the down. I opened the photo in Preview. Is there a way to prevent this information change as I want the original photo with the original information saved to the hard drive. Thank you.

If on a Mac, select the photos, then select 'adjust date and time' from the image menu.
