I recently got an ipad pro 2020 and play games on it. 2 months of use and i got two spots on the screen and apple says its cosmetic eroor and is not covered under warranty. You need to shell out money to get it repaired or use it as it is.
any suggestions or help ?

It’s very difficult to tell from that photo exactly what is going on with the screen. It looks like oil or some other substance has stained those sections of the iPad screen from using those parts of the screen over and over again.
In any event, there is nothing here that we can do for you in this user to user support forum. If you believe that this is a screen defect, you need to pursue your case further with Apple.
It doesn't make the phone any less usable, it just means it doesn't look as good if that helps, this isn't covered in Apple's warranty as it isn't a manufacturing problem and if you do want it fixed you'll be best heading to and paying an Apple Authorised Service Centre.
