I’m trying to reset the screen time passsword on my old iphone se as I Have forgotten it and need it to erase the phone before trade in. I have gone through the usual procedure of changing it using my apple ID and passcode but when trying to erase the phone, it will not accept the new password.
Any ideas?

Ended up going through the factory reset via itunes on PC. Problem solved. 👍🏻
