Unknown Bluetooth device auto connect
In my Bluetooth sometimes I see devices connected which are unknown. Also they don’t show option to disconnect individually. I need to off Bluetooth and then they disappear.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We see you have concerns regarding an unknown Bluetooth device showing in your iPhone settings. If you disable Bluetooth in Settings > Bluetooth, does that allow that first item listed to disconnect and remain disconnected when you turn it back on?

How about if you restart or force restart your iPhone? Do you notice this item disconnects?
