My iPhone 11 appears a black screen with words

my phone wont shut on it appears to be black with words that say support.apple.com/iphone/restore on the the display screen what do I do?

It's in recovery mode.

Plug it into your computer and restore iOS using iTunes (or Finder I'm macOS Catalina).

There is no other means available to reset other than connecting to a Mac or Windows system.

If that does not resolve this, contact Apple Support and discuss your options: Get Support
