Can I remove any of these movie folders/files?

I am trying to free some space on my HD and found several folders/files of movies. Can I delete these or move them to an external hard drive? There are some files in the Wondershare UniConverter/Converted folder but none of the other folders have files.

iMovie Library.imovelibrary has files but I don't know what or where to find/delete them.

MacBook Air 11″, macOS 10.15

You can delete anything in your Home folder other than the Library folder's content.
