I have sent money to a person who refuses to give it back.
Id like to open a Dispute with apple pay to get my money back.
It says on the board to contact you but , No Number and no Online way or app way ?
just so your aware, im unable to use my USA cell number currently.
Im currently oversease , ive changed my sim in my unlocked Iphone , eveything works fine
even the apple pay went thru fine.

You cannot be refunded by Apple if you are scammed. There is no buyer protection for Apple Cash. You must report it to the police and report it here - Get Support. If you are scammed on social media (Facebook/Instagram, etc..) you need to report it to them also.

If you used Apple Pay Cash to send money, you're out of luck.
You can't dispute it with Apple. Using Apple Pay Cash is just like using cash.
If you feel you should get your money back, and the recipient won't give it to you, call a lawyer and file a civil suit.
