Airmail 4 cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID.

Question

I only have one Apple ID? I'm not sure why I'm getting this message?

I've even gone so far as to change my password as I heard it was an issue that came in with Sierra, but nothing has changed.

The other thing to note is that all of my other apps update automatically with no issues.

Yeah. They said the only way to fix it is to delete the app and re download it. Its a comms error with the Appstore server.

I just need to back up all my work emails and cross my fingers.
