iPad 2 locked

Hi! I bought an iPad 2 back in 2012 and i pretty much used it until 2015 but then I didn't that much so I forgot my Apple ID, my password. I tried logging in but it says my iPad could not be activated and I can't log in since I don't remember my apple id or password. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
