Where is my memory

Hello people

How can I clear memory of all caches? I have deleted almost all the apps, but VLC still tells me when loading 10GB that there is not enough memory

I have 64gb Apple TV 4K

Thanx

Apple TV 4K, 13

It is possible that your aerial screen savers take up a fair amount of the cache storage space. Try setting one of the default photo screen savers. That should clear out the aerial clips.

You can’t clear all of the caches actively, other than resetting the device. tvOS does storage management all on its own, as it sees fit. It may keep some unused cache data in case it is called upon again in the future, following some predictive algorithm. It doesn’t consider your use of the cache space through VLC. Nor will it keep VLC files there if that cache space can be used for ‘regular use’.
