Green photo
Hi, my front camera works fine, however when I go to take pictures or videos using my back camera it’s a solid green screen. What may of caused this problem?

First, update to iOS 13.6.1, as it might fix that problem—>Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Then force-quite the Camera app—>How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If neither of those fix it use the Contact Support link at the top of this page to arrange for a repair for your hardware problem.
