My AirPods work with my music but does not work with my phone
My AirPods work with music on my phone but won’t work for the phone. I can here a ring tone but once the phone is answered I can’t hear the person on the other end

Start with a full reset:
If no help, try this:
1) Open the Control Center
2) 3D press (or long press) on the music controls
3) Select the output option (little up-arrow with circles)
4) Select AirPods
