Cannot verify server identity and iTunes unable to process purchases at this time ERRORS

Hi everyone!


Every time that I’m trying to use an app or while using it, I’m getting these pop up alerts.


I’m not trying to purchase anything on iTunes/Apps Store and I’m not quite sure what is the server error.


Any idea on how to solve these issues? I already contacted an Apple representative, they saw my screen but the errors never came while having them on the line :(


Kindly note: My Cellphone is updated. iOS 13.6.1

To get started, let's try the following steps:


1 - Restart Your iPhone

2 - Close the Mail app, then reopen it - How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

3 - Remove the email account you're having issues with, then add it again. To do this, go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts. Select the account, then tap delete.

4 - Add the account back - Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
