Your card issuer does not yet offer support for this card

Hi,

i am using iPhone XS Max with IOS version 13.6.1. in India. in settings option i find option of wallet and apple pay. when i start using to add my card on apple pay message is displaying that your card issuer does not yet offer support for this card, ask your issuer if they offer cards that support Apple pay. i again try it with different card but response is same. i tried to contact my card issuer American Express, but in current IOS 13.6.1 it is showing this message after adding any card.

i like to know weather this will work only in beta version or there is any kind of technical solution for using apple pay in IOS 13.6.1 in india.
