Apple TV 4K will not restart after a software download
After a software update, my Apple TV 4K will not work. Light comes on, but TV screen is black with no sound. Have tried unplugging everything to reset it, but no luck.

Is the light on Apple TV box solid or flashing? If solid then it is working correctly and the issue is with the connection to the TV. Try a different cable and port, make sure the cable is secure. If possible test on another TV.
If the light is flashing then the update didn't apply properly and you will need to take it to Apple so it can be reset.
