Does anyone know why reportaproblem.apple.com link isn't working? When I go to the page, it's a bunch of html code stuff. I have an unauthorized charge to an app and am trying to get a refund.

Use Another Web Browser or Computer:
If you are having issues with HTML code popping up, then try another Web browser (i.e. Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome), or use another computer, in the mean time.
Troubleshoot the HTML code issue afterwards.
