List apps

With the app screen up press in the center and a screen will come up giving you a choice of grid vuew or list view. Choose list and your good to go.

On the watch, you can’t. You need to use the iPhone Watch app to see that.

Should have clarified. This is on the watch and is the screen you get when you push the crown. I prefer the list view myself, with my fat fingers it is much easier.
