I need to use Mojave on my 2020 macbook pro as I need to run some 32bit programs, is there a way to install Mojave on a 2020 Macbook Pro??

Your only option would be to install Mojave as a VM in Parallels Desktop, VMWare Fusion or VirtualBox(free).
Did your 2020 MacBook Pro come with Catalina installed, if so you cannot downgrade to an older OS than was
preinstalled on your mac.

Only if you have a computer with not much RAM and only when you have the virtual machine running.
