One type off Touch Bar for all applications (just like the old macbooks)

Hello!

I'm not a fan of the TouchBar, but regardless of that, i have two questions:

• Is there a way to delete emoji's in my whatsapp on my macbook?

• And a more drastic: is there a way to have just one type off Touch Bar, one that not changes in each application? (i really miss my old macbook without Touch Bar, to have always the possibility to mute my sound with one movement, in stead of in some apps 3.. in my opinion, it's a waste of focus. The TouchBar.

I would be very happy, if someone could help me...
