Blurry FaceTime on iPhone 7
The FaceTime camera on my iPhone 7 is blurry. I cleaned the lens, and turned the phone off and back on, and its still blurry. How do I fix it?

Hello dennisfromfairfield,
You've completed some great steps already. We can understand wanting to ensure your photos are clear, and we're happy to help. Is the issue with both the rear and front-facing camera? Also, does the issue only occur when using FaceTime? If not, be sure to complete the steps here: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working
Keep us posted on the details, and let us know if that helps.
Hi dennisfromfairfield,
Thanks for the information. As the issue is only with FaceTime we recommend force closing the app, to re-open and test. Should you need them, the steps for force closing an app can be found here: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue continues, be sure your iOS is fully up-to-date. We always recommend having a backup of your information prior to updating. These steps will help: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Let us know if you have any questions about the steps for either.
Cheers!
Thank you. The front and rear cameras work well on other apps. The issue is only when using FaceTime.
