iphone is disabled connect to itunes

my iPhone xr is disabled I put in the wrong passcode numerous times (bad day in work )

now it is saying on the screen iPhone disabled connect to iTunes but when I connect to laptop its not recognising the phone on my iTunes any help would be much appreciated
