How do I transfer a specific photos album from old iPhone to new iPhone?

I got a new phone. I would like to transfer a couple of specific photo albums, from old phone to new phone. Or alternatively back it up on my Mac and transfer it to back to the new iPhone.

How do I do that?

Seems like a simple enough request.
