Is it possible after sever, many several years, is not possible manage the pictures on iphone by a MAC, without the Synchronization with icloud. Sometimes happens there isn't internet connection, and with the terrible itunes is not possible to transfer a single album from Iphone to MAC/PC. Am I wrong?
How can I transfer the single album from Iphone to PC?

For PC --> Microsoft support says --> Import photos and videos from an iPhone to PC
For Mac --> Import photos from a camera or phone using Photos on Mac

SravanKrA, really sorry but probably I was not very clear in my explanation of the problem. I reffered to the album.
I have organized on my Iphone the pictures in the albums and I would transfer the albums with pictures not the the scattered pictures.
