will deleting one application from one account delete it from the others

hello so I have multi accounts on my Mac connected to the same Apple ID if I delete one application from one of these account will it delete that application from the other accounts? I was trying to not have these accounts associated with each other and not have the same applications as my others. So is there a way to do that without making multi apple ids or is that just not possible?
