Does deleting an App on one User also delete it from the other User on the same MacBook?

I have Final Cut Pro on my MacBook Pro, which has two Users on it and both have access to Final Cut Pro.

I only use one of the Users and FCP is eating up my harddrive disk space, so I'd like to delete the app from the other User.

Before I delete something I shouldn't, I'd like to know if I'm safe to delete FCP from the User I no longer need without it affecting FCP from the User I do use.

The application is 3.68 GB. It’s not what’s eating up your space. It’s your media and library. There is only one copy of the application on your system that appears and is available to all users. Do not throw it away.
