iPhone storage full error message

I keep getting the error message iPhone storage is full. However, I recently bought the iPhone storage package to have 2TB of storage for $9.99 a month. I am only using 22G of the 2TB. Can someone please advise why the iPhone storage is full error keeps occurring when I have enough storage?

Note, please I also rebooted the phone and the error still pops up.

iCloud storage is not the same as storage on your iPhone.

You can’t buy more storage on your phone itself but here are two links that can help you to free up storage on your phone:
