My note disappeared from recent delete folder

If recently deleted folder does not exist that indicates either you have not deleted any Notes or you have not deleted from iCloud or On My iPhone Folder.

Check which other folder hosted your Notes. See the pic below

This is not the fix for this issue, as I have had it too and now seemingly the notes app is down for maintenance on icloud. I opened the notes app on my laptop and my most important note disappeared. No extra folders, no recently deleted folder, nothing. What is going on??
